The Challenge
Continuity is redefining insurance underwriting with AI—backed by €10M Series A and scaling across Europe. You'll be embedded in a fast-growing marketing team driving visibility and execution for a €1T+ market transformation.
Your Mission
Establish content publishing rhythm: publish 2x LinkedIn posts weekly + 1 blog post, maintaining editorial calendar in Notion with 100% on-time delivery
Launch and monitor first paid campaign (LinkedIn Ads or email): set up tracking, establish baseline KPIs (CTR, conversion rate), report weekly
Create and test 10+ visual assets (Figma/Canva) and edit 3+ short-form videos from existing content for social distribution
Map marketing funnel: document current campaign sequences, identify gaps, propose 2-3 improvements for testing
Own content strategy for one key channel (LinkedIn or blog): plan, execute, and optimize with measurable growth in engagement/traffic (target +40% from baseline)
Support 2-3 major campaigns from setup to close: manage execution, track performance against KPIs, deliver post-campaign analysis and optimization recommendations
Contribute to 1-2 event activations (conferences/trade shows): handle logistics, create collateral, measure attendance/lead quality
Build scalable content processes using AI tools: document workflows, test 3+ new production methods, implement at least 1 that reduces cycle time by 25%+

Monitor email, LinkedIn Ads, and webinar funnel conversion from click to lead signup or qualified meeting.

Measure organic traffic to blog and landing pages, attributing growth to content distribution channels.
Content Production Velocity
Track number of assets created per sprint and time-to-publish to identify process improvements and bottlenecks.
Lead Quality Score
Assess quality of campaign-generated leads by tracking progression to sales conversations and deal closure rates.

Interview Process
Initial screening

Practical task
