The Challenge
Yooji is accelerating its D2C strategy and needs you to drive customer acquisition across their owned site and strategic marketplaces. You'll own real growth levers—from marketplace operations to SEO to influencer partnerships—with direct impact on revenue.
Your Mission
Map and optimize Yooji's presence across 4+ strategic marketplaces (Veepee, Choose, Bébéboutik); establish quarterly performance baseline
Audit and refresh product catalog data across all marketplaces; ensure 100% stock accuracy and promotional alignment
Identify and brief 15+ relevant micro-influencers in the baby/parenting space; track first campaign results
Complete SEO audit of Yooji.fr using SEMrush; publish 8+ optimized product/content pieces targeting high-intent keywords
Grow marketplace revenue by 25% YoY through optimized listings, strategic promotions, and inventory management
Build repeatable influencer partnership pipeline generating 50K+ qualified impressions monthly with 3%+ engagement rate
Increase organic traffic to Yooji.fr by 40% through implemented SEO optimizations and content strategy
Establish marketplace analytics dashboard tracking CAC, conversion rate, and margin by channel; present monthly insights to Growth Lead

Marketplace Revenue Growth
Track sales performance across all active marketplaces month-over-month and identify top/bottom performers.
SEO Organic Traffic
Monitor sessions and conversion rate from organic search via Google Search Console and GA4.
Influencer Campaign ROI
Measure reach, engagement rate, and attributed sales/traffic from influencer partnerships.
Product Catalog Health
% of accurate, up-to-date listings across all marketplaces; stock sync accuracy rate.
Customer Satisfaction (Marketplaces)
Track and resolve customer service issues raised via marketplace channels; monitor return/complaint rate.

- You have 1+ internship or junior marketing experience (startup/D2C strongly preferred)
- You're comfortable juggling multiple channels—marketplaces, SEO, influencer outreach—and thrive in ambiguity
- You obsess over data and can translate analytics into actionable recommendations
- You're genuinely excited about the baby/parenting space or D2C growth mechanics
- You need remote flexibility or can't commit to on-site in Bordeaux
- You're looking for a narrow, specialist role (this is deliberately broad-spectrum growth work)
- You expect a fully defined process; this role requires you to build systems from scratch
