The Challenge
Wizbii is a French scale-up disrupting financial inclusion for 18-40 year-olds across Europe, acquiring 100K+ monthly users through banking partnerships. You'll own multi-channel acquisition campaigns with a €100K+ monthly budget while scaling into new markets.
Your Mission
Establish baseline performance metrics across all acquisition channels (Social, Search, Affiliate, Native) and identify quick-win optimization opportunities
Launch and optimize acquisition campaigns in at least 2 new geographic markets (IT, ES, DE) working with local Market Specialists
Build reliable monthly reporting dashboards tracking CPA, ROAS, and funnel conversion metrics across all campaigns
Test 3-5 new creative formats and messaging angles, document learnings, and establish continuous improvement feedback loops
Scale top-performing acquisition channels by 40%+ while maintaining or improving target CPA and ROAS thresholds
Successfully deploy acquisition strategy across all 4 target markets (FR, IT, ES, DE) with localized creative and channel strategies
Reduce customer acquisition cost by 15-20% through advanced audience segmentation, creative iteration, and channel optimization
Establish yourself as growth thought leader internally: document best practices, share competitive intelligence, and mentor team on emerging growth tactics
KPIs You'll Own
Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
Target cost to acquire a qualified user; primary lever for budget efficiency across all channels.
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Revenue generated per euro spent on ads; measures profitability of each channel and campaign.
Conversion Rate (Funnel)
Percentage of traffic converting to account creation and bank partner sign-ups; indicates landing page and UX performance.
Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
Total revenue expected from a user; critical for evaluating sustainable CAC ratios.
Monthly Active Users (MAU)
Tracks user engagement and retention post-acquisition; validates quality of acquired users.

Is This Role For You?
- You've managed paid acquisition campaigns at scale across Meta, Google, TikTok, or Snapchat and can optimize funnel performance
- You're comfortable with ambiguity, can work independently, and love testing + iterating to find winning strategies
- You're fluent in French (written and spoken) and speak at least one of Spanish, Italian, or German for international markets
- You obsess over metrics: CPA, ROAS, LTV matter more to you than vanity metrics; you build dashboards, not just reports
- You need extensive hand-holding or prefer highly structured processes; this role demands autonomy and self-direction
- You're uncomfortable pivoting strategies based on data or defensive about campaign performance; continuous optimization is non-negotiable
- You lack hands-on experience managing ad platforms or don't understand conversion funnel optimization at a granular level
