This 18-month graduate program compresses four years of growth expertise into three 6-month rotations across user acquisition, creative strategy, monetization, and playables—fast-track your way to becoming a growth leader.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Complete onboarding across growth fundamentals: understand Voodoo's product portfolio, growth tech stack, and core metrics across UA, creative, monetization, and playables

Execute your first rotation project with measurable outcomes: contribute to scaling a live campaign or launching a new creative testing framework under mentor guidance

3

Build deep knowledge of mobile gaming economics: analyze CPI, ROAS, D1/D7/D30 retention, and LTV across hypercasual, hybrid, and 100% IAP games

4

Establish yourself as a reliable operator: deliver weekly insights, own a small project end-to-end, and build credibility with cross-functional stakeholders

By 6 Months
1

Complete first rotation as an independent contributor: own strategy development, campaign optimization, or creative testing with measurable growth impact (e.g., 15%+ CPI reduction or 20%+ creative uplift)

Lead a cross-functional venture project: ideate, propose, and execute a growth initiative affecting 2+ products or markets with autonomy and leadership

Develop specialized expertise in your rotation area: become the go-to person on your team for performance marketing strategy, creative innovation, retention mechanics, or playable engineering

4

Master data storytelling: present weekly growth insights, quarterly business reviews, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and conviction

KPIs You'll Own

CPI (Cost Per Install)

Track user acquisition cost across channels and optimize toward lower, more efficient install pricing.

ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

Measure revenue generated per dollar spent on user acquisition and creative testing.

D1/D7/D30 Retention

Monitor cohort retention to understand user quality and lifetime value potential.

LTV (Lifetime Value)

Calculate total revenue generated per user to inform sustainable growth investment levels.

Creative Performance (CTR/CVR)

Track click-through and conversion rates on ads to optimize creative strategy and reduce CAC.

Monetization ARPPU

Average Revenue Per Paying User—core metric for IAP and ad-based monetization optimization.

Meet with Growth team leads (Performance, Creative, Monetization, Playables) to assess strategic thinking and cultural fit

Final Leadership Round

Interview with a senior Growth leader or Head of Growth to discuss long-term vision, ambition, and program fit
