The Challenge
Major professional workwear rental company needs a Digital Marketing leader to own acquisition strategy across SEO, SEA, and social. You'll control a €100K budget, manage internal talent and three agencies, and drive measurable growth through data-backed optimization.
Your Mission
Audit current digital channels (GA4, SEA campaigns, SEO performance) and identify top 3 quick-win optimization opportunities
Establish monthly COPIL cadence with COMEX; deliver first data-driven insights report on acquisition funnel health
Build working relationships with 3 external agencies; challenge and validate their initial strategic recommendations
Map content production workflow with market leaders; identify SEO gaps on current website
Reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC) by 15-20% through SEA optimization and better channel attribution
Implement Gen AI-enhanced SEO strategy; improve organic discovery metrics and search visibility
Deliver CRO improvements on main conversion pages; track and report on lift in conversion rate
Launch coordinated content calendar with internal team and agencies; establish content ROI baseline

Measure site conversion funnel health and lift from optimization experiments
CTR, CPL, Cost per Acquisition
Core digital marketing metrics to evaluate campaign efficiency and bid strategy
