The Challenge

Talents Commerciaux is a dynamic recruitment firm hunting for a seasoned Traffic Manager to own acquisition strategy end-to-end. You'll orchestrate paid channels (SEA, social, display, affiliate) and organic SEO while managing budgets and proving ROI across campaigns.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current acquisition channels and establish baseline KPIs across SEA, social ads, display, and SEO performance

2

Implement robust campaign tracking and tagging infrastructure to ensure data accuracy across all paid and organic channels

3

Launch and optimize 2-3 high-priority paid campaigns (SEA or social) with target ROAS and CAC benchmarks

4

Establish monthly performance reporting cadence with stakeholders and identify quick-win optimizations worth 10-15% uplift

By 6 Months
1

Scale top-performing acquisition channels by 25-30% while maintaining or improving CAC and ROAS targets

2

Build and manage 3-5 key vendor relationships (ad platforms, agencies, affiliate partners) with clear SLAs and performance reviews

3

Develop SEO strategy roadmap aligned with acquisition goals; execute on-page and technical improvements with 6-month impact plan

4

Create competitive intelligence dashboard; conduct quarterly benchmarking against 5-7 key competitors and translate insights into tactical changes

KPIs You'll Own

Cost Per Acquisition (CAC)

Track acquisition cost across all channels to ensure unit economics stay healthy and improve quarter-over-quarter.

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Measure revenue generated per euro spent on paid campaigns; target 3:1 ROAS minimum across paid channels.

Qualified Lead Volume

Monitor lead quality and volume by source; distinguish between qualified and unqualified to refine targeting.

Organic Traffic & Rankings

Track SEO performance via keyword rankings, organic sessions, and conversion rate from organic channels.

Campaign Attribution

Ensure proper tracking and attribution across touchpoints to understand true customer journey and channel contribution.
