Taboola is the performance advertising platform reaching 600M daily active users. As a Growth Advertisers Intern, you'll uncover high-value market opportunities and turn data into actionable insights that drive the sales team's strategy across global markets.
Your Mission
Master Taboola's historical performance data and build fluency in how campaigns perform across key markets
Deliver 3-4 competitive analysis reports on key global events and how they impact advertising opportunities
Identify and document 5+ high-value market opportunities with supporting data for the sales team
Establish weekly reporting cadence on market trends and campaign performance metrics
Own market research for 2+ key geographic regions, becoming the go-to expert on local trends and opportunities
Create a reusable framework for identifying advertising opportunities that the sales team can apply independently
Drive 2-3 targeted sales initiatives resulting from your insights, with measurable revenue impact
Build relationships across Marketing and Sales, contributing to 4+ cross-functional projects

Sales Team Engagement Rate
Percentage of your insights that are actioned by the advertising sales team within 2 weeks of delivery.

Average days from research request to delivered insight—targeting 5 business days or less.

Is This Role For You?
- You're pursuing a degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, or PR and in 4th semester or later
- You're analytical and can extract insights from historical performance data without hand-holding
- You write clearly and think strategically—your comms need to drive sales team action
- You're fluent in English and can articulate findings to global audiences
- You're available for consistent 9 AM-5 PM shifts in São Paulo office
- You need remote flexibility or can't commit to in-office hours in São Paulo
- You're not comfortable with data analysis or prefer creative/design work over insights
- You lack strong English communication skills or can't write clear, actionable reports
