The Challenge
Synergie, France's major recruitment player, is scaling its digital acquisition engine. You'll own campaign performance across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn—driving candidate and B2B lead quality at volume while the team transforms a legacy recruiter into a modern growth machine.
Your Mission
Master campaign setup, optimization, and monitoring across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads; deliver weekly performance reports with clear KPI tracking
Build fluency in GA4 and acquisition funnel analysis; identify 2+ optimization opportunities in active campaigns
Coordinate with creative and external partners on 5+ campaign briefs; establish clear feedback loops and asset delivery workflows
Execute 3+ email campaigns to candidates, prospects, and contractors; A/B test subject lines and CTAs with documented results
Own end-to-end campaign lifecycle for 3-4 major acquisition initiatives; achieve or exceed target CPL and conversion rate benchmarks
Implement 2-3 marketing automation workflows in your ESP; measure impact on lead nurturing efficiency and ROI
Become internal expert on acquisition KPIs and channel performance; present monthly insights to leadership with data-backed recommendations
Scale email program to 8+ live campaigns with documented performance improvements month-over-month
KPIs You'll Own
CPL (Cost Per Lead)
Track acquisition cost per qualified lead across all paid channels; optimize toward target threshold monthly.
Conversion Rate (Ad → Lead)
Monitor click-through and conversion rate by campaign; test and iterate to improve funnel efficiency.
Lead Quality Score
Measure lead qualification rate and downstream conversion to candidate/customer; balance volume with quality.
Email Engagement (Open Rate, CTR)
Track performance of email campaigns; test segments and content to improve click-through and response rates.
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
Calculate revenue or pipeline value driven by paid acquisition campaigns; optimize budget allocation accordingly.

- You're pursuing a Bac+4/5 in business, marketing, or related field and want real growth marketing exposure—not theory
- You're obsessed with data: analytics, funnels, and optimization feel like puzzles to solve, not bureaucracy
- You've used GA4, Google Ads, or Meta Ads before (or are keen to learn fast); Excel fluency is non-negotiable
- You're proactive, independent, and can manage stakeholders (creative teams, external vendors, internal partners) without hand-holding
- You write clearly, spell correctly, and can prompt AI tools effectively to accelerate your work
- You need full remote or hybrid flexibility; this role is on-site in Boulogne-Billancourt
- You treat data as optional; this is a numbers-first, performance-marketing role where your work lives in dashboards and spreadsheets
- You expect high structure and hand-holding; you'll own campaigns and need to be self-directed, curious, and comfortable with ambiguity
