The Challenge
sunday is transforming restaurant payments from 15 minutes to 10 seconds—and they need a growth marketer to scale acquisition across Europe. You'll own multichannel campaigns, email automation, and event execution while learning how to build repeatable growth systems in a fast-scaling fintech startup.
Your Mission
Set up and launch 2-3 multichannel acquisition campaigns (email + LinkedIn) tracking baseline KPIs and conversion rates
Build and optimize 5+ personalized email sequences in customer.io with A/B testing and performance analysis
Execute end-to-end operational delivery for 2 webinars or events (setup, copywriting, promotion, attendance tracking)
Complete SEO technical audit and implement 10+ on-page/technical improvements to boost organic visibility
Scale acquisition campaigns to 3+ active channels with documented workflows, achieving target CAC and LTV metrics
Build data scraping pipeline using Clay/CaptainData/n8n to enrich 1000+ qualified restaurant prospects
Deliver measurable results on 4+ completed campaigns with clear documentation of what worked and what didn't
Transition marketing operations to sustainable, hands-off automation systems (email flows, lead scoring, reporting dashboards)

Track email and LinkedIn outreach conversion rates to qualified leads and SQLs
Email Engagement Rate
Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and sequence completion across customer.io campaigns
Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
Measure efficiency of multichannel campaigns relative to budget spent
Event Attendance & Lead Quality
Track webinar registrations, attendance rates, and qualified leads generated per event
Organic Traffic & SEO Improvement
Monitor organic session growth and keyword ranking improvements from technical SEO work
