Greenly is the global leader in carbon accounting with 3,500+ companies tracking 200M tons of CO₂. You'll build the automated GTM systems that power their revenue engine—designing workflows that directly impact lead generation, pipeline quality, and sales efficiency.
Your Mission
Design and deploy 2-3 automated workflows for lead enrichment and CRM data syncing that reduce manual data entry by 40%+
Audit existing GTM dashboards and reporting infrastructure, identify 5+ data quality issues, and implement fixes
Map current lead generation funnel end-to-end and document bottlenecks with data-backed recommendations
Shadow sales and marketing teams to understand buying signals, then build 1-2 segmentation models for targeting
Fully own the lead enrichment and scoring pipeline, improving data accuracy to 95%+ and reducing time-to-activation by 50%
Build real-time dashboards tracking pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and CAC by channel—used daily by leadership
Scale outbound automation to 2+ new campaigns with measurable open/response/meeting rates by segment
Document and optimize 3-4 core GTM workflows, reducing manual touchpoints by 60% and enabling 2x faster iteration cycles

Interview Process
Screening Call (30 min)
GTM Team Lead or HR explores your background in data/automation, technical skills, and motivation for climate impact
Technical Assessment (60 min)
Live or take-home challenge: troubleshoot a data quality issue, map a workflow, or build a simple automation in Zapier/Make
GTM Deep Dive (45 min)
Meet with GTM stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, RevOps); discuss how you'd approach optimizing a specific funnel bottleneck
Culture & Values Chat (30 min)
Conversation with team member or founder on mission alignment, learning goals, and team fit
