The Challenge

Hexagone AI is a privacy-tech startup backed by ex-Meta/Google engineers solving multimodal data anonymization at scale. You'll be the operational backbone directly supporting founders—running outbound campaigns, managing pipeline, and executing growth initiatives in a high-autonomy role.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Launch and iterate 2+ cold outreach sequences (LinkedIn + email) targeting legal/healthcare verticals; track opens, replies, and booked calls weekly

Build and maintain segmented prospect list of 200+ qualified leads across ICP accounts using CRM hygiene and enrichment tools

Coordinate 1-2 lightweight marketing campaigns end-to-end: landing page copy, email sequences, event follow-ups with performance tracking

4

Submit 3-5 accelerator/grant applications with 100% on-time delivery and founder sign-off

By 6 Months
1

Scale outbound engine to 50+ qualified meetings booked per month; optimize messaging and targeting based on conversion data

Establish weekly pipeline dashboard and reporting cadence; maintain lead routing accuracy >95%

Own Station F event strategy: coordinate 2+ event campaigns, execute post-event nurture sequences, track attendance-to-meeting conversion

Transition to paid acquisition testing: support founder on landing page optimization, email performance analysis, and ROI tracking

Meetings Booked

Number of qualified prospect meetings scheduled via cold outreach per month; target 50+ by month 6.

Outbound Reply Rate

Percentage of cold emails/calls that receive replies; iterate messaging to hit 15%+ threshold.

Pipeline Coverage

Ratio of pipeline value to monthly revenue target; maintain 3-5x coverage.

Campaign Conversion Rate

Percentage of marketing campaign recipients who convert to meeting or qualified lead.

Application Success Rate

Percentage of submitted grant/accelerator applications that advance to next round.
