The Challenge
You'll build the paid acquisition engine for a pre-seed health & fitness app studio backed by €4M and founded by serial entrepreneurs. The twist: your audience comes pre-loaded through creator partnerships—your job is converting that attention into installs, subscribers, and revenue at scale.
Your Mission
Map and stress-test paid channels (TikTok, Meta, AppsFlyer, UAC) to identify top 2-3 performers with initial budget allocation across channels
Launch and optimize first 5 paid creative variations per channel with baseline ASO and web funnel conversion benchmarks established
Build analytics infrastructure and attribution tracking to measure CAC, LTV, and payback period across all acquisition sources
Scale winning creatives from creators to paid while maintaining ad cost efficiency and identifying creative testing workflow
Scale paid acquisition budget 3-5x from initial state while maintaining or improving CAC efficiency through systematic testing
Achieve clear LTV:CAC ratios >3:1 across at least two channels with documented optimization playbooks for each
Build and optimize web subscription funnel with A/B testing roadmap showing 15%+ sequential conversion improvements
Establish automated UA workflows, daily performance dashboards, and weekly creative testing cycles integrated with founder visibility

Cost Per Install (CPI)
Track CAC across TikTok, Meta, AppsFlyer, and UAC to optimize budget allocation and identify your most efficient channels.
Lifetime Value (LTV)
Measure subscriber revenue cohorts to determine sustainable payback period and profitable scaling thresholds per channel.
Web Funnel Conversion Rate
Monitor click-to-subscription conversion across the full funnel to identify bottlenecks and prioritize optimization tests.
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Calculate revenue generated per euro spent across all paid channels to guide scaling decisions and budget reallocation.
Creative Test Velocity
Track number of new ad variations tested per week to maintain consistent creative freshness and prevent audience fatigue.

- You're equally comfortable with campaign strategy and hands-on creative testing—you can write briefs and pull analytics without waiting for someone else
- Mobile app marketing is your native language: you know UAC, ASO, attribution, and how to scale user cohorts responsibly
- You need process, approval layers, and a fully staffed team to execute—this is a scrappy 10-person operation where you'll be doing the work yourself
- You're a dashboard watcher, not a strategic player—if you won't test creatives, optimize funnels, or challenge assumptions, this won't click
- You're tied to one platform (e.g., only Facebook ads) and uncomfortable pivoting budget to emerging channels like TikTok or experimenting with new UAC strategies
