The Challenge
SKIPPER NDT is scaling fast and needs someone to own their entire B2B lead generation and pipeline strategy. You'll build their go-to-market machine from the ground up, leveraging AI and automation to hit ambitious growth targets across multiple international markets.
Your Mission
Set up and launch 3 targeted email prospecting campaigns (using HubSpot Sequences or Lemlist) with documented open rates, reply rates, and conversion metrics
Map and qualify 50+ new B2B opportunities across your priority segments using Apollo/Clay/LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Structure HubSpot pipeline: create deal stages, scoring rules, and reporting dashboards tied to your core KPIs
Produce 2-3 high-impact sales collateral pieces (one-pagers, business case, pitch deck) tested with real prospects
Scale your best-performing campaigns to generate 200+ qualified leads/month with documented CAC and conversion rates
Develop market analysis for 2 new geographic or vertical segments with go/no-go recommendations
Achieve $X in attributed pipeline revenue (tied to your variable comp) through systematic lead nurturing and follow-up
Build repeatable playbooks for prospecting, qualification, and nurturing that the sales team can execute independently

Email Campaign Performance
Open rate, reply rate, and conversion rate across your prospecting and nurturing sequences.
Pipeline Velocity
Days from lead to qualified opportunity to closed deal; tracked in HubSpot.
Revenue Attribution
Total ARR/deal value directly sourced or influenced by your campaigns (basis for variable comp).
Cost Per Lead
Total spend on tools and campaigns divided by qualified leads generated.

- You're fluent in HubSpot and comfortable picking up new tools (Apollo, Lemlist, etc.) without hand-holding
- You love data—you run campaigns expecting to measure open rates, reply rates, and pipeline impact
- You can write clear, punchy sales copy and aren't afraid to design sales collateral that actually converts
- You want autonomy and ownership in a small team where your work directly impacts the bottom line
- You need hand-holding or prefer working in large, structured organizations with clear processes
- You're not comfortable with email marketing, cold outreach, or direct B2B prospecting
- Your French/English aren't genuinely bilingual—this role requires fluency in both for international work
- You expect a fixed comp with no upside—the variable piece is real, and tied directly to revenue you generate

You'll likely present a campaign you've built, pipeline analysis, or sales collateral and discuss results
Tool Walkthrough
Live or recorded demo of how you'd set up a prospecting sequence or pipeline in HubSpot
Final Interview
Deeper conversation with founder on strategy alignment, autonomy expectations, and growth vision
