The Challenge
Skello raised €40M to dominate European shift-work management. As their Growth Intern, you'll run real outbound campaigns, A/B test acquisition funnels, and build content that drives leads—working directly with a VP Marketing who's scaling from Series B to market dominance.
Your Mission
Launch 3+ outbound campaigns across email and automation, hitting baseline open/reply rate benchmarks
Build and enrich 2-3 smart lead workflows using no-code tools (n8n, Airtable, or similar)
Create 5-8 pieces of original content (case studies, templates, guides) aligned to buyer pain points
Document and present findings from first A/B test on subject lines or messaging angle
Scale top-performing campaigns to 5x initial volume with documented playbooks for Sales handoff
Improve campaign reply rates by 25%+ through iterative testing and messaging optimization
Build 2-3 automated workflows that qualify leads before Sales touch, reducing manual qualification by 40%
Transition to full-time offer by demonstrating measurable impact on pipeline generation (target: 20+ qualified leads/month)

Target 25%+ baseline, track lift from subject line A/B tests.
Reply Rate
Measure engagement quality; goal is 5%+ on outbound sequences.
Lead Qualification Rate
Percentage of leads that meet ICP criteria and move to Sales.

Cost per qualified lead acquired vs. historical baseline.
Content Engagement
Views, downloads, and shares on created assets; track attribution to campaigns.
