What you'll do
As Growth & Marketing Operations Manager, you will own the performance of Simaero’s marketing funnel across B2B and B2C pilot training segments.
Your role is to turn marketing initiatives into measurable business impact by optimizing acquisition, conversion, and lead nurturing—leveraging data, experimentation, and close collaboration with Content, Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps.
You report directly to the Marketing & Communications Director.
This is a job creation: you will play a key role in shaping a modern, performance-driven marketing function within a fast-growing international company.
What you will own:
Marketing Automation:
Define and optimize Simaero’s marketing automation infrastructure across all audiences, building automated workflows, lead scoring, and email sequences. Track KPIs, document learnings, and implement a continuous improvement roadmap across B2B and B2C funnels.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute targeted multi-channel digital campaigns to support simulator ramp-up, events, and new product launches. Coordinate the team and agencies with clear directives to ensure consistent campaign execution across touchpoints, manage budget allocation across channels and report on ROI.
New Segment Development:
Build the go-to-market approach for a new offer addressing young pilots: segment definition, partnership outreach to flight schools, content and campaign strategy, and lead capture setup.
Community & Events Marketing:
Co-own the pilot community strategy with the content specialist. Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for online and onsite pilot-facing events from promotion and registration flow to post-event nurturing sequences, with clear acquisition or retention objectives for each.
Performance review & Continuous Improvement:
Consolidate data from all campaigns, channels, and funnels into a clear monthly reporting view presented to the Marketing Director. Drive a test-and-learn culture across all initiatives, systematically documenting what works, killing what doesn't, and feeding findings back into the next campaign, automation, or event cycle.
Marketing & Sales Alignment:
Work closely with the Commercial team to align campaigns with pipeline priorities, improve lead qualification and handover processes, and ensure marketing actions translate into commercial opportunities.
What you’ll find with us:
- Real ownership from day one. As part of a small, high-output team, your work is directly visible and its impact felt across the whole company.
- A clear scope, always evolving. Your missions are defined, but the challenges are varied across segments, products, and markets. No two quarters look the same.
- Room to grow. Simaero is expanding its network and its ambitions. The person who builds the growth engine now will shape what comes next.
- A genuinely international environment. You will work with direct interactions across all business units and cultures.
- Flexible work schedule. We ask for a minimum of 2 days onsite at our Tremblay-en-France office. Beyond that, we trust you to be where the work needs you.
