Work at the intersection of AI, marketing, and automation to launch high-performing creator campaigns — faster, smarter, and at scale.


Role overview

  • Support the growth and sales teams by building and optimizing the GTM infrastructure
  • Work directly on pipeline generation and international expansion
  • Operate in a highly AI-driven environment with strong autonomy


Key responsibilities

GTM & acquisition

  • Manage and optimize outbound infrastructure (Clay, Smartlead)
  • Build and enrich lead lists (TAM, ICP)
  • Launch and iterate on outbound campaigns


Sales support

  • Generate qualified pipeline (MQLs → SQLs)
  • Improve targeting, segmentation, and personalization
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team


AI & automation

  • Build and deploy AI agents (qualification, enrichment, personalization)
  • Automate GTM workflows using tools like GPT, Claude, etc.
  • Experiment with AI-driven systems to improve performance


Growth & experimentation

  • Run structured experiments (channels, messaging, audiences)
  • Track performance and iterate quickly
  • Contribute to GTM strategy and execution


Paid & marketing (exploratory)

  • Contribute to paid acquisition campaigns and test new growth channels
  • Support marketing initiatives (content, SEO, experiments)
  • Explore new levers to generate inbound demand



-> Note: the primary focus of this internship is on Sales Ops and GTM (HubSpot, Clay, outbound systems). Marketing, SEO, and paid acquisition are secondary and mainly exploratory.



Profile

  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
  • Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Clay, and outbound tools
  • Curious, autonomous, and execution-focused
  • Strong interest in AI and automation
  • Interest in SaaS, marketing, or growth
  • Fluent in English and/or French
