Peopleware is a 30-year-old WFM software pioneer with offices across Europe. You're building the French go-to-market from scratch—owning demand generation, ABM, and partner activation in a high-growth niche market.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map the French B2B SaaS WFM landscape, identify 50+ ideal customer profiles and key decision-makers

Launch first ABM campaign targeting 10-15 high-value accounts with personalized outreach

3

Set up marketing tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics) and establish baseline pipeline metrics

4

Execute 2 high-impact lead generation campaigns (webinar + content series) to establish brand presence

By 6 Months
1

Drive €500K+ pipeline contribution through demand gen and ABM initiatives

Establish 3-5 active co-marketing partnerships with resellers/technology partners

Build library of 30+ French-language assets (case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, social content)

Achieve 25%+ month-over-month pipeline growth and demonstrate clear ROI on marketing spend

  • You've crushed 5+ years in B2B SaaS demand gen, ABM, or partner marketing—and have the French market knowledge to back it up
  • You're fluent in French (native-level) and comfortable presenting in English to international stakeholders
  • You love owning a market from zero—strategy, execution, measurement, pivoting—without waiting for approval on every move
  • You can jump between tactical (campaign execution, content creation) and strategic (GTM planning, stakeholder alignment) work without friction
Won't Work If
  • You need a fully built-out marketing team or extensive resources to get started—this is a build-from-scratch role
  • You're not comfortable with French as your working language or lack French B2B SaaS ecosystem knowledge
  • You prefer prescriptive processes and clear hierarchies over autonomy and experimentation
