The Challenge
NORMAL is a retail brand that builds and flies the rocket simultaneously—things move fast. You'll own France East's regional marketing presence, launching new stores, creating authentic social content, and acting as the connective tissue between national strategy and local execution.
Your Mission
Plan and execute flawless opening event for first new store, including photo/video assets and social media deployment
Produce and publish 12+ short-form video assets (Reels, TikTok) with 15%+ engagement rate vs. brand baseline
Map and activate all shopping center channels in your region; secure 3+ local partnership placements
Establish weekly content pipeline with store teams; train 2+ store managers on on-camera presence
Successfully launch 2-3 additional store openings with 20%+ above-target foot traffic driven by local activation
Build content library of 50+ pieces; achieve 25%+ average engagement on regional social content vs. national average
Develop and run 2 seasonal local campaigns (festival tie-ins, shopping center events) generating measurable sales lift
Reduce email/review response time to <24hrs; maintain 4.5+ star rating across Google and local platforms
