MySecretaire is a high-growth medical teleservices player that needs someone to own their entire digital acquisition engine—from SEO strategy to LinkedIn campaigns to email automation. You'll have real autonomy, clear KPIs, and direct impact on pipeline growth in a structured, serious environment.
Your Mission
Audit current digital presence (organic rankings, paid performance, LinkedIn engagement) and identify quick wins for Q1 conversions
Launch 3 optimized Google Ads campaigns with conversion tracking and establish baseline ROI by month 3
Build and execute LinkedIn Ads strategy targeting medical professionals with 2-3 high-value campaigns
Set up email automation workflow for lead nurturing with segmentation strategy and benchmark open/CTR rates
Increase organic traffic by 40% through SEO content strategy and technical optimizations (target 5-8 ranking improvements for high-intent keywords)
Reduce Google Ads CPA by 25% through audience refinement, bid optimization, and conversion rate improvements
Build LinkedIn thought leadership program generating 3x engagement on company and personal accounts
Launch integrated content calendar (social + email + paid) delivering 20% MoM growth in qualified leads

Track monthly organic sessions, keyword rankings for core medical teleservices terms, and conversion rate from organic.

Monitor return on ad spend and cost per acquisition weekly, with monthly optimization cycles to hit target CPA.
LinkedIn Campaign Performance
Measure engagement rate, click-through rate, lead generation cost, and profile growth on both organic and paid channels.
Email Campaign Metrics
Track open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, and unsubscribe rate for all newsletter and nurture campaigns.
Total Qualified Leads & Pipeline Value
Aggregate all digital channels into monthly lead volume and attributed pipeline revenue to prove marketing impact.
