Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've managed retail or trade marketing for a beauty, CPG, or premium consumer brand—and understand Sephora's merchandising levers
  • You're a high-execution operator who thrives managing complex, multi-market calendars and coordinating across multiple stakeholders (retailers, creative, supply chain)
  • You speak both numbers (sell-through, ROI, PDP conversion) and storytelling (launch narratives, visual merchandising, brand positioning)
  • You're scrappy enough to build relationships with retailer marketing teams and diplomatic enough to negotiate space and support from buyers
  • You're based in or willing to relocate to London or Paris; travel to retailer HQs and store visits is occasional but expected
Won't Work If
  • You've never worked in retail marketing or with major retail partners—the Sephora playbook and trade calendar execution are critical day-one skills
  • You prefer strategy over execution; this role is 70% hands-on delivery, 30% planning
  • You're uncomfortable with ambiguity or lack of existing processes; you'll need to build some of this framework from scratch in a startup-like environment
  • You require 100% remote work or are not open to relocation to UK or France
