What you'll do
We’re looking for a fractional or full-time marketing co-founder who is a true player–coach. Think: first marketing hire and future head of marketing in one body.
*** In standard startup fashion, this position is equity-only until we're funded, then will have a more modest, "founder's draw" salary until we're more solvent. ***

This person will own marketing end-to-end—strategy, messaging, channels, and results. In the early stage, that also means rolling up your sleeves: setting up systems, managing tools, posting, testing, iterating, and doing the unglamorous admin work that gets momentum going. As we grow, this role naturally evolves into leading and mentoring others—but right now, execution matters as much as vision.
It also means sharing in some of the day-to-day non-marketing-related admin, including but not limited to:
Budget Fundraising Other assorted tasks
Know HubSpot or equivalent; social media management; be extremely organized and detail-oriented
