The Challenge

Maclès is scaling a network of 70+ independent real estate agents across France. You'll own their entire digital communication strategy—building brand awareness, recruiting agents, and driving client engagement from scratch.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current digital presence and define 12-month communication strategy with clear positioning for agent and client segments

2

Launch and optimize social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) with weekly content calendar and engagement targets

3

Produce 3-5 high-quality short-form video assets (Reels/Shorts) demonstrating agent success stories and brand differentiation

4

Establish baseline metrics dashboard tracking reach, engagement, click-through, and lead generation across all channels

By 6 Months
1

Generate 500+ qualified agent leads through targeted digital campaigns (SEA + organic) with documented conversion funnel

Achieve 30%+ engagement rate on social content and grow follower base by 200% across key platforms

3

Launch and optimize SEO strategy targeting real estate keywords; track 10+ target keywords in top 10 search results

4

Deploy email nurture sequence for both agent prospects and client referrals; achieve 25%+ open rates

Social Media Engagement Rate

Track likes, comments, shares, and click-throughs as % of impressions across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.

Agent Lead Volume & Cost Per Acquisition

Count qualified agent prospects sourced from digital channels and calculate blended CPA across SEA, organic, email.

SEO Keyword Rankings

Monitor top 20 target keywords (real estate, agent recruitment, local markets) and track movement in search results.

Video View-Through Rate & Completion Rate

Measure % of viewers who complete short-form video content and conversion to website visits or inquiries.

Email Marketing Performance

Track open rate, click rate, unsubscribe rate, and conversion to agent or client action across nurture sequences.

For You If
  • You've run digital campaigns end-to-end and can measure what works (SEO, SEA, social, email)
  • You're comfortable producing and editing short-form video content or willing to skill-up fast
  • You thrive with autonomy and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • You're genuinely interested in real estate, B2B recruitment, or complex go-to-market challenges
Won't Work If
  • You need a large team or prefer pure strategic oversight without execution
  • You haven't directly managed budgets, campaigns, or owned measurable business outcomes
  • You're unfamiliar with video production tools or unwilling to learn CapCut / Premiere Pro
  • You prefer remote work or can't commit full-time to an on-site role in St.-Denis
