You'll own the full lifecycle of enterprise banking offerings—from market analysis through go-to-market—coordinating across business lines to launch innovations that drive commercial growth.
Your Mission
Complete competitive landscape analysis and market trend report for enterprise banking segment; identify 3-5 priority gaps in current offering
Audit existing enterprise products/services with business lines; document issues, risks, and necessary evolution priorities
Establish cross-functional project governance model with key stakeholders (business centers, investment banking, financing teams)
Launch first new product initiative from concept through commercialization planning
Successfully bring 2-3 new enterprise offerings to market with documented adoption metrics and revenue impact
Build reusable go-to-market playbook for enterprise product launches (messaging, sales enablement, pricing)
Increase enterprise product portfolio competitive positioning vs. competitors; measure through customer research and win/loss analysis
Establish monthly market intelligence cadence and product health scorecard shared across leadership
