HostAI is a PMS platform automating short-term rental management for Airbnb/Booking.com hosts. You'll own the entire digital marketing playbook from zero—building community, creating viral content, and converting hosts through pure performance.
Your Mission
Establish and optimize HostAI presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok with consistent posting cadence (3+ posts/week minimum)
Create 12+ pieces of native content (reels, carousels, testimonials) showcasing platform features and ROI for hosts
Drive first 50-100 qualified signups through your affiliate link, establishing baseline conversion mechanics
Build engaged community of 500+ followers with 3%+ engagement rate across platforms
Scale audience to 3,000+ followers across owned channels with 5%+ avg engagement rate
Generate 300+ qualified sign-ups via your affiliate link, proving repeatable acquisition model
Identify and document top 3 content formats/hooks that drive conversions for future scaling
Establish yourself as the public face of HostAI in the short-term rental host community
