The Challenge

Hopae is building the world's most trusted digital identity platform backed by top global investors. You'll own end-to-end GTM strategy for a breakthrough product reshaping how people and businesses verify identity globally.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Define and validate ICPs, positioning, and messaging framework across fintech, credentials, supply chain, and gaming verticals

2

Map current product-market fit gaps and design go-to-market strategy for at least one new product line launch

3

Establish baseline metrics for funnel conversion, CAC, and pipeline generation across all channels

4

Build cross-functional GTM operating cadence with Product, BD, and Ops; align on shared KPIs and accountability

By 6 Months
1

Execute and measure first major product launch campaign with defined acquisition targets and ROI benchmarks

2

Scale multi-channel campaigns (digital, partnerships, events) with documented 15%+ QoQ improvement in conversion metrics

3

Build and mentor first GTM team member(s); document playbooks for positioning, messaging, and launch workflows

4

Deliver quarterly GTM performance reviews with insights on market traction, competitive positioning, and budget optimization

Pipeline Generated

Monthly qualified pipeline value attributed to GTM campaigns, tracked by channel and ICP.

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Cost per customer acquired by channel; target sub-12 month payback against LTV.

Funnel Conversion Rate

% conversion from awareness → consideration → trial → customer across all segments.

Launch Impact

Revenue or pipeline uplift attributed to new product launches within 90 days of go-live.

Market Positioning Score

Qualitative + quantitative measure of brand awareness and differentiation vs. competitors in target segments.

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've led GTM or marketing teams in fast-paced startups and shipped product launches with measurable ROI
  • You're comfortable turning technical/complex products into clear positioning and can articulate value to non-technical buyers
  • You thrive in ambiguity, own outcomes end-to-end, and collaborate seamlessly across Product, Engineering, and BD
  • You're data-driven, obsessed with conversion metrics, and continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data
  • You speak fluent English and want to work in a genuinely global, multicultural environment (Seoul, Paris, SF)
Won't Work If
  • You need a large, structured marketing team from day one or prefer specialist roles over full ownership
  • You're uncomfortable with on-site work in Paris or need fully remote flexibility
  • You lack hands-on experience running GTM for B2B or developer-facing products, or can't back up positioning with data
