The Challenge

Honeywell's Building Automation division needs someone to orchestrate go-to-market growth across France—verticals, partners, and end-users. You'll own the full stack: demand gen, ABM campaigns, partner co-marketing, and events that actually move pipeline.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map France's Building Automation verticals and key accounts; develop segmented value propositions for each

Launch first integrated campaign (NPI or vertical-focused) with creative/content and media teams; track pipeline lift

3

Establish MDF framework and contracts with 3-5 key distributors; allocate and activate first joint marketing initiatives

4

Build playbooks for monthly performance reviews with sales and shared services teams; establish reporting cadence

By 6 Months
1

Execute 4+ integrated campaigns across verticals; deliver min. 200 qualified leads and 5% pipeline contribution

2

Scale ABM strategy to 20+ target accounts with personalized messaging; track engagement and conversion rates

3

Host 2-3 local events (end-users, specifiers, partners); generate 150+ attendees and 50+ qualified leads

4

Optimize MDF spend across 5+ partners; prove 3:1 ROI on co-marketing initiatives and expand to 8+ active partners

Pipeline Contribution (€)

Revenue pipeline generated directly from your campaigns and demand generation efforts, tracked monthly.

Lead Volume & Quality

Number of qualified leads per campaign and conversion rate to sales-qualified leads (SQL).

MDF ROI

Return on partner co-marketing spend; target 3:1 or better.

Campaign Engagement Rate

Open rates, click-through rates, and event attendance as percentage of target audience.

Partner Activation %

Percentage of distributors actively executing joint marketing initiatives against allocated funds.

  • You speak fluent French and understand the French enterprise buyer; local market knowledge is a superpower for you
  • You're analytical: you live in dashboards, love A/B testing, and optimize campaigns based on data—not gut feel

  • You've only done B2C demand gen or consumer brand marketing; enterprise sales cycles and partner dynamics are foreign
  • You prefer fully remote work or can't commit to on-site presence in France
  • You're uncomfortable managing budgets, negotiating with partners, or owning P&L impact
