The Challenge
HelloFresh France hit market leadership in just one year—now they need sharp analysts to unlock the next phase of growth. You'll sit at the intersection of data strategy and marketing decisions that directly drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
Your Mission
Master HelloFresh's data infrastructure: SQL pipelines, Tableau dashboards, and internal analytics tools to run independent analyses
Deliver 2-3 deep-dive analyses on high-impact topics (CAC by channel, retention cohorts, pricing elasticity) with actionable recommendations
Build your first automated dashboard tracking key growth KPIs for the marketing team's weekly decision-making
Support design and analysis of 2-3 A/B tests on acquisition or retention initiatives, measuring directional impact
Own end-to-end analysis workflow: from raw data questions to stakeholder presentation, influencing budget allocation decisions
Identify and quantify 3+ growth opportunities (e.g., discount optimization, channel mix improvement, LTV expansion) worth €XXK+ in incremental revenue
Build scalable reporting framework and 4-5 self-serve dashboards that reduce dependency on ad-hoc analysis requests
Become go-to analyst for Growth Marketing team on customer lifecycle optimization, experimentation design, and performance diagnostics
KPIs You'll Own
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Track spend-to-new-customer ratio by channel to optimize marketing efficiency and budget allocation.
Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
Measure repeat purchase behavior and retention cohorts to identify which segments are most profitable.
Conversion Rate by Funnel Stage
Monitor website-to-checkout conversion to pinpoint drop-off points and test optimization hypotheses.
Churn & Retention Rate
Quantify customer attrition by cohort and reason to inform retention strategy and pricing decisions.
A/B Test Statistical Significance
Ensure all growth experiments reach confidence thresholds before scaling, minimizing false positives.

- You're fluent in SQL and can independently query large datasets to answer business questions
- You think like a business person first—you don't just report numbers, you translate them into growth decisions
- You're hungry to see your analysis influence real decisions (budget allocation, strategy, optimization)
- You're comfortable with ambiguity: you can take a vague growth question and structure it into a testable hypothesis
- You want hands-on experience in growth marketing before jumping into a full analytics career
- You expect to just run queries without understanding *why* the business is asking—you need business context to thrive
- You're looking for remote work; this is on-site Paris and non-negotiable
- You lack SQL proficiency or hands-on data analysis experience (university projects, internships, or self-taught portfolios count)
Interview Process
Initial Screening
Phone/video call with HR or Growth Manager to assess analytical mindset, motivation, and data fundamentals
Take-Home Analytics Case
Small dataset (CSV, SQL-based) with 2-3 business questions; submit analysis + recommendations in 3-5 days
Technical Deep-Dive
Analytics Manager reviews your case work, asks follow-up questions on methodology, SQL queries, and business logic
Stakeholder Interview
Meet with Growth Marketing Manager to discuss how you'll partner with the team and examples of insights you'd prioritize
