The Challenge
Finary is building the go-to personal finance platform in Europe. As a Growth Marketing Intern, you'll own the full funnel—from content creation to paid campaigns—with real autonomy and measurable impact from day one.
Your Mission
Launch and optimize 4-6 SEO-driven blog posts targeting high-intent personal finance keywords; track organic traffic lift
Set up and manage 2-3 CRM retention campaigns; measure email engagement rate (target: 25%+ open rate)
Produce and publish 8-12 social media content pieces (YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok); track engagement and share metrics
Audit and optimize 3-4 paid acquisition campaigns (Meta/Google); identify efficiency wins and cost-per-acquisition benchmarks
Build a repeatable content calendar generating 20+ pieces/month; achieve 40%+ YoY organic traffic growth
Scale highest-performing CRM campaigns to 100K+ users; improve retention metrics by 15%+
Establish Finary as thought leader in personal finance through 5+ media placements or partnership activations
Optimize paid funnel across channels; achieve 20%+ reduction in CAC while maintaining conversion quality
