The Challenge
Fidelity International is a 50+ year investment giant operating from 25+ locations globally. You'll join their Continental Europe West Marketing team launching campaigns and building brand presence across France and BeNeLux in the high-stakes financial services space.
Your Mission
Complete asset management industry induction and understand Fidelity's core business, products, and competitive positioning
Support the launch of 2-3 marketing campaigns with measurable audience reach and engagement tracking
Develop 5+ marketing materials (case studies, fund fact sheets, client documentation) aligned with brand guidelines
Assist with event coordination and execution for strategic partner/distributor meetings and portfolio manager visits
Lead end-to-end execution of at least one major marketing campaign from brief to performance reporting
Build a reusable marketing asset library documenting best practices and performance benchmarks
Establish baseline brand awareness metrics across French and BeNeLux markets through digital tracking
Deliver insights report on campaign performance, audience segmentation, and recommendations for Q1 2027 planning

Track impressions, click-through rates, and conversion metrics across email, digital, and event channels.
Asset Quality Score
Internal audit of marketing materials for compliance, brand alignment, and clarity against financial services standards.
Event Attendance & Lead Generation
Number of qualified leads captured from portfolio manager visits and distributor events, with follow-up conversion rates.
Time-to-Launch
Days from campaign brief approval to live execution, measuring operational efficiency and team productivity.

Is This Role For You?
- You're enrolled in a degree program aligned with finance, business, or marketing and want real asset management exposure
- You've completed 1+ successful internships in banking, asset management, or financial services and can hit the ground running
- You're fluent in French (mother tongue) and advanced in English, with sharp writing and analytical skills
- You're curious about financial markets, meticulous with detail, and comfortable with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- You're based in or relocating to Paris and can commit to a full-time, 5-month internship July–November 2026
- You're looking for remote work—this is 100% on-site in Paris
- You don't speak French at a native/near-native level or lack advanced English fluency
- You have zero prior internship experience in finance, banking, or asset management—Fidelity wants relevant background, not entry-level newcomers
- You're not available for the exact July–November 2026 window (this is a fixed-term, seasonal internship)
Interview Process
Application screening
CV, cover letter, and motivation statement reviewed against finance sector experience and language requirements.
Phone/video interview
Conversation with Marketing team lead on asset management knowledge, past internship learnings, and interest in financial services.
Case or writing exercise
Timed exercise to assess marketing writing quality, analytical thinking, and attention to detail (likely campaign brief or material review).
Final interview
Meet with team members and/or HR to confirm cultural fit, availability, and clarify role expectations and support structure.
