The Challenge
Scale a digital B2B lead generation platform for a profitable savings/retirement group. You'll own the full acquisition funnel, product roadmap, and direct P&L impact—reporting straight to leadership with real autonomy.
Your Mission
Audit and optimize current acquisition channels (SEO, SEA, affiliate) to identify quick-win conversion improvements
Define and implement 12-month acquisition strategy with clear CAC and ROI targets by channel
Establish baseline KPI dashboard and reporting cadence for leadership visibility
Map partner ecosystem and negotiate optimization opportunities with top 3 partnerships
Execute acquisition roadmap: launch 2-3 new channels or revenue diversification initiatives with measurable impact
Improve conversion funnel: deliver 15-25% uplift in lead quality and/or volume through continuous optimization
Build and onboard acquisition team member; establish performance framework and growth plan
Launch product improvements addressing top conversion blockers identified via analytics and user behavior

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Track spend efficiency across all channels to ensure profitable growth
Lead Volume & Quality
Monitor quantity and qualification rate of leads generated, segmented by source
Conversion Rate (by funnel stage)
Measure performance across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Evaluate efficiency of paid channels against revenue impact
Partnership Revenue Contribution
Track revenue and lead volume from each partner, segment and negotiate optimization

- You need heavy team infrastructure immediately; you'll be building incrementally with one hire
