This is a in-person, on-site role in Pittsburgh, PA.
Responsibilities
- Own the full funnel: traffic → registration → purchase → retention
- Build and optimize landing pages based on traffic source
- Run A/B tests across funnels, offers, pricing, and UX
- Analyze performance across channels
- Improve CAC, LTV, and conversion rates
- Implement personalization
- Work with engineering/design to ship experiments
- Build actionable dashboards
Qualifications
- Proven track record increasing conversion and revenue
- Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, etc.)
- Strong A/B testing experience
- Funnel customization experience
- Data-driven decision making
