digiRocks is the French leader in Sales Enablement, serving 400+ companies across 70 countries. They're undergoing a strategic rebrand with aggressive growth ambitions—and they need you to orchestrate the digital transformation that powers it.
Your Mission
Map and audit current digital presence across web, SEO, paid channels; establish baseline metrics (traffic, conversion, CPL)
Define and launch revised SEO + content strategy aligned with new brand positioning
Implement lead scoring framework in marketing automation to feed qualified pipeline to sales
Establish monthly reporting cadence on key metrics (traffic, MQLs, SQLs, ROI by channel)
Increase inbound lead volume by 40%+ with improved quality (higher SQL conversion rate)
Improve website conversion funnel by 25%+ through UX optimization and personalization
Launch and scale 3+ high-performing content initiatives (webinars, whitepapers, case studies) aligned with new brand
Reduce CAC by 15%+ and improve ROAS across paid channels through continuous testing and optimization

Track MQL inflow and MQL-to-SQL conversion rate to measure demand generation effectiveness.

Optimize acquisition cost across SEO, SEA, and social channels against sales cycle length.
Campaign ROI by Channel
Measure return on investment for paid campaigns, content, and email marketing initiatives.
