The Challenge
DECIEM is the disruptor redefining beauty through brands like The Ordinary—operating their own labs, factories, and retail. You'll drive go-to-market across 25+ European markets, coordinating launches and campaigns that reach millions.
Your Mission
Master DECIEM's product portfolio, brand positioning, and competitive landscape across EMEA markets
Own content asset management and localization workflows for at least 2 product launches
Build proficiency in internal tracking tools and master data management for partnerships/commercial teams
Support creation of FY27 marketing calendar with trade and brand activities mapped across regions
Lead end-to-end execution of 2-3 seasonal campaigns or new product launches (NPD) across EMEA
Develop competitive analysis framework and deliver actionable insights on innovation, pricing, activations
Create best practice guidelines and launch recap reports informing global team strategy
Independently manage retailer/market requests, coordinate with global teams, and execute marketing operations

On-time delivery of marketing assets and campaign briefs to 25+ EMEA markets
Content Localization Quality
Accuracy and consistency of adapted assets across regional markets (tracked via audit)

Stakeholder Coordination Score
Retailer and internal team satisfaction with response time and quality of marketing support

- You need remote flexibility—this is 100% on-site in Paris for 6 months
- You're graduating after September 2026 or don't have a formal internship agreement structure

Interview Process
Initial Screening
Phone/video call with HR or Brand Manager. Confirm bilingual fluency, graduation timeline, and internship agreement eligibility.
Marketing Operations Case Study
Small assignment: review sample product launch brief, identify gaps in EMEA localization strategy, and propose asset management workflow.
Team Interview
Meet Brand Manager and 1-2 marketing team members. Discuss past internship experience, how you've managed competing priorities, and your knowledge of The Ordinary's positioning.
Final Check
Meet EMEA leadership or regional head. Conversation around cultural fit, growth mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-moving disruptor.
