The Challenge

Cercle des Langues is scaling from English-only to a multi-language platform. You'll be the voice driving conversion across blog, social, email, and site—turning language learners into paying students.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Adapt 15-20 existing English blog articles to Spanish, Italian, and German with interactive elements (quizzes, level tests) to launch new language verticals

2

Create 8-12 high-converting social media captions across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Pinterest, aligned with SMM strategy and platform-specific tone

3

Write and publish 2-3 original SEO-optimized blog articles targeting high-intent keywords in language learning (conversion focus, not just traffic)

4

Draft 4 weekly English newsletters + 1 monthly multi-language newsletter with 15%+ click-through optimization

By 6 Months
1

Establish baseline content conversion metrics: measure blog-to-lead rate, email CTR, and social-to-signup performance across all languages

2

Build and ship 3 lead magnet assets (e-books, language proficiency tests) that generate 200+ qualified leads/month

3

Optimize UX copy across site and transactional emails; A/B test subject lines and CTAs to hit 20%+ improvement in email open rates

4

Create and maintain content calendar for 6 months across 4 language verticals, publishing 2 blog posts/week + 5 social posts/week with consistent brand voice

KPIs You'll Own

Blog conversion rate (visitor → lead)

Track % of blog visitors who convert to leads via CTAs, forms, or newsletter signups. Target: 3-5% baseline improvement within 6 months.

Lead magnet conversions

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You're a Grande École or Master's student in Commerce, Journalism, Communication, or IEP with time for a serious internship commitment
  • You write clearly, persuasively, and error-free in French AND fluent English (C1+). Bonus: Spanish, Italian, or German
  • You understand business fundamentals: copywriting is conversion, not decoration. You test, measure, and iterate
  • You're comfortable using AI (ChatGPT, Claude) to draft faster, then rewrite with original voice and brand fit
  • You thrive in small, fast-moving teams where your work directly impacts revenue
Won't Work If
  • You write for style over results—if you can't think about CTR, conversion, or user psychology, this isn't it
  • You lack fluent English (C1 minimum) or refuse to learn AI tools as a productivity multiplier
  • You need full remote flexibility or flexibility on schedule—this is on-site, St.-Ouen, full-time commitment
  • You lack the discipline to maintain consistent brand voice and editorial standards across channels and languages

Interview Process

1

Application + portfolio submission

Send CV + writing samples (blog post, social captions, newsletter, or email copy). Must show original voice + conversion thinking.

2

Copy test / case study

Likely a paid trial: write 2-3 social captions or adapt 1 blog article to a new language. Shows speed + quality + ability to follow brand guidelines.

3

1-on-1 with Marketing Manager

Discuss your portfolio, approach to copywriting, how you use AI, and your understanding of the language learning market.

4

Team meet (Social Media Manager + SEO Content Manager)

Alignment on collaboration style, workflow, and editorial vision. Informal, signals cultural fit.
