Campari Group is the 6th largest premium spirits player globally with 50+ brands in 190 markets. You'll own global brand strategy and execution for Courvoisier, driving growth through innovation, cultural relevance, and cross-market coordination in a complex, matrixed environment.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current Courvoisier brand positioning and market performance across top 10 markets; synthesize insights into strategic brief

Map innovation pipeline and prioritize 2-3 near-term product/packaging launches with go-to-market strategies

Build stakeholder relationships with global market teams and agency partners; establish cadence for monthly brand reviews

4

Develop brand asset toolkit (creative, POSM, digital) for Q2-Q3 activations in key markets

By 6 Months
1

Deliver medium-term brand strategy and annual marketing plan for Courvoisier with clear KPIs and market-by-market execution guidelines

Launch 1-2 innovation projects from concept through in-market execution; track conversion and revenue impact

3

Execute 3+ coordinated global activations with local market buy-in; measure brand lift and ROI by region

4

Establish brand marketing community forum; document and share best practices across House and 26 market teams
