BetterHelp is the world's largest online therapy platform with 30k+ therapists and millions of users. You'll own paid media strategy and market expansion across Tier 1, Tier 2, and emerging markets—driving customer acquisition and revenue growth at scale.
Your Mission
Map current paid media performance across international markets and identify 2-3 quick-win optimization opportunities
Develop localization framework for creative assets ensuring brand consistency + cultural resonance across target regions
Launch first international testing roadmap with 3-4 prioritized experiments (channels, landing pages, creative variants)
Build relationships with cross-functional partners (growth, product, ops) and establish weekly cadence for strategy alignment
Execute paid media strategy delivering 15-20% improvement in CAC or ROI across Tier 1 markets
Scale 2+ new market launches with go-to-market strategies, compliance sign-off, and performance tracking
Complete international testing roadmap with incrementality results informing next-quarter budget allocation
Build and optimize resourcing model across agencies, in-house teams, and local partners for sustainable growth delivery

Track cost-per-acquisition across paid channels and markets to optimize media spend efficiency.
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
Measure revenue generated per euro spent on paid media to drive ROI optimization.

New markets launched on-time with revenue targets hit within 90 days of go-live.
Test Velocity & Learning Rate
Number of experiments completed monthly with clear incrementality signals guiding strategy.
