The Challenge
Alpiq is tripling down on its retail energy business in France and needs you to build their strategic partnership engine from the ground up. You'll own both the partnership acquisition strategy and growth optimization—managing a team while hitting aggressive expansion targets across a competitive energy market.
Your Mission
Map high-potential partnership sectors and create a qualified pipeline of 15+ strategic partners
Establish baseline metrics for existing partnerships (conversion rates, LTV, churn by partner channel)
Launch first A/B testing framework on conversion pages to identify quick-win CRO improvements
Onboard and align your direct report (Acquisition Manager) on Q1 growth priorities and reporting cadence
Close 8-12 new strategic partnerships, targeting 3x growth in partner count with clear SLA agreements
Improve partner-driven CAC by 25% through testing and optimization of acquisition funnels
Implement unified data infrastructure (CRM/analytics stack) to reliably track CPA, payment rejection, churn, and LTV by channel
Design and execute 3+ new service/product bundling offers with existing customers to lift LTV by minimum 15%
KPIs You'll Own
CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
Track cost efficiency by partnership channel to identify top-performing partners and optimize underperformers.
LTV (Lifetime Value)
Measure customer lifetime value overall and by partner source to inform partnership economics and service upsell strategy.
Churn Rate (Early)
Monitor early churn to identify acquisition quality issues and partnership misalignment with customer segments.
Payment Rejection & Arrears Rate
Track payment health by partnership to flag partner-specific customer quality issues and collection risk.
Partner Count & Revenue Contribution
Count active strategic partners and measure revenue/customer acquisition contribution from each partnership.

- You thrive on owning the full lifecycle—from partner identification through deployment, measurement, and iteration
- You're comfortable managing a direct report and wearing both the leadership and hands-on operator hats
- You need remote flexibility—this role is 100% on-site in Paris, no exceptions signaled
