Airbus is looking for sharp marketing minds to help shape their training services strategy across a global aviation market. You'll dive into competitive intelligence, market analysis, and go-to-market strategy for one of the world's largest aerospace companies—no corporate theater, just real market impact.
Your Mission
Master Airbus training market landscape: pilot, maintenance, cabin segments—build competitive benchmark
Deliver first market requirement document (MRD) with pricing and differentiation insights
Create 2-3 market analysis presentations supporting product positioning recommendations
Establish stakeholder relationships across Airbus training business units and customer-facing teams
Lead comprehensive competitive analysis report with innovation/price benchmarking across training segments
Produce go-to-market dossier for new training service or product line with strategic recommendations
Consolidate customer feedback from 3+ sales campaigns and translate into product roadmap inputs
Develop market value assessment framework used by training service line for ongoing positioning

Market Intelligence Reports Delivered
Number of completed market analysis documents, MRDs, and competitive benchmarks per quarter.
Stakeholder Engagement Score
Feedback quality from internal Airbus teams and customers on market insights relevance and actionability.
Go-To-Market Execution Impact
Adoption rate of your positioning recommendations and market strategies by training service leadership.
Campaign Feedback Integration Velocity
Speed of consolidating customer/sales campaign data into product evolution recommendations.

Is This Role For You?
- You're pursuing a Bac+5 (Master's degree) in Commerce, Marketing, or Business with flexible timing for 2-3 year apprenticeship
- You love competitive analysis, market research, and turning data into strategy—not just executing tactics
- You can synthesize complex industry information into clear, compelling presentations and written dossiers
- You're fluent in English and preferably French, comfortable in multinational environments
- You need immediate full-time employment—this is explicitly a structured apprenticeship (2-3 years)
- You're not pursuing formal education or can't commit to balancing school + work apprenticeship model
- You can't get security clearance or work under government authorization requirements (France/EU)
