About the Role
EHS Insight is seeking a data-driven, execution-focused Demand Generation Manager to own and scale our paid media and ABM engine.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and hands-on execution. It is ideal for someone who excels at building pipeline, optimizing campaigns, and driving measurable revenue impact.
You will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to execute full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns that convert.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
- Own and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing), and LinkedIn Ads
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and creative performance
- Execute continuous A/B testing to improve conversion rates and reduce CAC
- Build and optimize high-converting landing pages (Unbounce or similar)
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Execute targeted ABM campaigns across paid and outbound channels
- Segment accounts and deliver personalized ad experiences
- Partner with Sales on account prioritization and pipeline alignment
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Launch integrated, multi-channel campaigns with SEO, Product Marketing, and Marketing Ops
- Translate ICPs and personas into effective campaign strategies
- Support webinars, virtual events, and co-marketing initiatives
Lead Nurturing & Funnel Optimization
- Build and optimize nurture programs in HubSpot
- Improve MQL to SQL to Opportunity conversion rates
- Align lead scoring and handoff processes with Sales
Analytics & Reporting
- Own performance reporting across CPL, CAC, pipeline, and ROI
- Use attribution tools (e.g., HockeyStack) to optimize spend
- Deliver insights and recommendations to leadership
Required Qualifications
- 3β7 years of experience in Demand Generation, Performance Marketing, or Paid Media (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Experience with HubSpot for campaign execution, lead nurturing, and reporting
- Proficiency with landing page platforms such as Unbounce
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to optimization
- Solid understanding of ABM, B2B funnels, and buyer journeys
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with N.Rich or similar ABM platforms
- Familiarity with HockeyStack or multi-touch attribution tools
- Experience in EHS, ESG, or industrial SaaS environments
- Working knowledge of SEO/GEO strategy and its integration with paid demand generation
