The Challenge

WITHIN is scaling fast and needs sharp analysts who can turn data into winning campaigns across 8+ marketing channels. You'll own dashboards, run A/B tests, and directly impact client ROI in a high-velocity environment.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master 2-3 core channels (Paid Social, Paid Search, or Programmatic) and execute your first independent campaign from setup to reporting

Build 3+ interactive KPI dashboards in your analytics tool showing real-time performance across client accounts

3

Complete A/B testing on 5+ campaigns and deliver insights that improve conversion rates by 10%+

4

Establish baseline client communication cadence: weekly performance reports and bi-weekly strategy syncs

By 6 Months
1

Own end-to-end performance for 2-3 client accounts across multiple channels, managing $50K+ monthly ad spend

Develop proprietary analysis framework documenting channel best practices and optimization playbooks

Lead 10+ successful A/B tests with documented winners; implement learnings across client portfolio

4

Mentor new team members on dashboard creation, client reporting, and performance analysis workflows

KPIs You'll Own

Campaign ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

Track revenue generated per dollar spent across paid channels, targeting 3-4x minimum.

Client Performance Improvement Rate

Percentage of accounts showing month-over-month improvement in primary KPI (conversions, AOV, etc).

Dashboard Accuracy & Timeliness

% of daily/weekly reports delivered on-time with zero data discrepancies.

A/B Test Velocity

Number of hypothesis-driven tests launched and completed per month with statistical significance.
