The Challenge

TBWA Paris is a world-renowned disruption-focused agency handling major French and international accounts. You'll own social listening, e-reputation monitoring, and consumer behavior analysis—directly influencing strategy for flagship brands.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Build fluency with social listening tools (Brandwatch, Sprinklr, or similar) and set up monitoring corpora for 2-3 key client accounts

Deliver weekly e-reputation reports with weak signal detection and crisis tracking for assigned portfolio

3

Identify and document 10+ social media trend opportunities for client activation presentations

4

Shadow Data & Insights team on 3 major client deliverables (audit conversationnel, audience analysis, performance benchmarks)

By 6 Months
1

Independently manage social listening workflows for 4-5 accounts, from corpus creation to actionable insights

Author 15+ situation reports with clear narrative, weak signal flagging, and strategic recommendations

Contribute insights to 2 full client campaigns (activation strategy, audience segmentation, performance modeling)

4

Build reusable monitoring templates and playbooks that the team adopts post-internship

The Package

Salary

€500-€700/month (legal French internship minimum + statutory top-up)

Remote

On-site only. 52 rue de Silly, Boulogne-Billancourt. 2 days/week remote possible.
