FancyAI helps brands measure, influence, and improve how they appear in both traditional search and AI-powered discovery platforms. As buyer behavior shifts from search engines to tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and other large language models, visibility is no longer just about rankings. It is also about whether your brand is mentioned, recommended, and accurately represented in AI-generated answers. Our platform helps companies understand their SEO and GEO performance, track how they surface across AI search experiences, benchmark against competitors, and identify the highest-impact actions to improve visibility. We are building technology for a new era of discovery, giving brands the tools to adapt as search and recommendation behavior evolves.


About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who can bridge customer relationships, marketing strategy, and data analysis. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to FancyAI customers, helping them get value from the platform, understand their SEO and GEO performance, and translate data into clear action.


This role blends account management, strategic guidance, and analytical problem solving. You should be comfortable working with both traditional search metrics and emerging AI visibility concepts, while helping customers understand what matters, what changed, and what to do next.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of FancyAI customers, managing day-to-day communication and relationships during standard business hours
  • Onboard and train new clients to ensure fast time-to-value
  • Help customers understand both their SEO performance and their GEO visibility across AI-driven discovery platforms
  • Analyze marketing data using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and FancyAI’s proprietary platform
  • Create clear, actionable reports and recommendations that highlight performance trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities
  • Drive retention by delivering proactive support, strategic guidance, and measurable value
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and fulfillment teams to escalate bugs, surface customer feedback, and improve the customer experience
  • Track customer health, identify churn risks, and support save strategies when needed
  • Help evolve customer success playbooks, reporting frameworks, and communication strategies as the company scales
  • Act as a voice of the customer by identifying recurring questions, needs, and opportunities that can inform product improvements


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, SEO, GEO, digital marketing, or marketing analytics
  • Strong understanding of SEO, including on-page, technical, local SEO, and performance measurement
  • Familiarity with GEO concepts and interest in how brands appear in AI-generated search and recommendation experiences
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and marketing or analytics dashboards
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable interpreting data and turning insights into recommendations, not just reporting numbers
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts with organization, empathy, and attention to detail
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Direct experience with GEO, AI search visibility, or brand monitoring across LLM platforms
  • Experience at a SaaS company or marketing technology startup
  • Familiarity with AI tools, APIs, or automation platforms
  • Experience supporting multi-location brands, franchises, or enterprise marketing teams
  • Background in search strategy, content strategy, or competitive visibility analysis
