The Challenge
VML (WPP) is a global creative powerhouse driving growth for blue-chip brands like Coca-Cola, Microsoft, and Nestlé. You'll own SEO optimization strategies for major client campaigns, from technical audits to content implementation across their São Paulo hub.
Your Mission
Master SEO analysis tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, GSC) to conduct 15+ site audits and deliver prioritized optimization roadmaps
Produce 20+ on-page optimized content briefs with proper keyword targeting and HTML technical specs
Support implementation of 10+ optimized pages, coordinating across dev and content teams to ensure flawless execution
Build proficiency in data storytelling: create 4+ client-ready presentations showing organic traffic gains and keyword rankings
Lead SEO strategy for 2-3 assigned client accounts, owning keyword research, competitive analysis, and quarterly roadmaps
Achieve 25%+ organic traffic growth or 40+ new ranking keywords across managed properties
Scale content production: brief, optimize, and track 50+ pieces of on-page content with measurable SERP movement
Mentor junior team members on SEO fundamentals and present monthly insights to clients on organic performance trends

Number of target keywords ranking in top 10 (or improvement in average position for tracked terms).
Pages Optimized & Deployed
Count of on-page optimized pieces briefed, produced, and live with proper technical implementation.
Click-Through Rate (CTR)
Improvement in organic CTR from SERPs via optimized title tags, meta descriptions, and schema markup.
Conversion Rate from Organic
Percentage of organic visitors converting to leads or customers; indicator of content-keyword relevance.
