Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic
Senior Product Marketing Manager
to bring HBX solutions to the travel distribution ecosystem. This role will own and optimise our value propositions, shape customerâcentric messaging, enable sales with highâimpact tools, and orchestrate crossâfunctional goâtoâmarket execution.You will partner closely with product, commercial, and marketing teams to strengthen our narrative, accelerate product adoption, and support commercial activation across global travel distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and refine compelling value propositions aligned to customer needs and business priorities.
- Build customerâcentric messaging frameworks and ensure consistency across all channels.
- Partner with crossâfunctional teams to define clear, differentiated messaging for solutions, features, and releases.
- Develop and maintain battle cards, oneâpagers, solution briefs, FAQs, and other enablement assets.
- Equip commercial teams with highâquality materials that support conversions and articulate value clearly.
- Gather structured customer and market feedback (surveys, interviews, workshops, social listening).
- Use insights to iterate and strengthen messaging, value propositions, and sales tools.
- Identify strategic customers with commercial teams to build impactful case studies and proof points.
- Drive and coordinate crossâfunctional GTM initiatives that increase adoption and commercial impact.
- Ensure strong, consistent delivery of messaging across digital channels and the HBX website.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to shape feature positioning and customerâfacing narratives.
- Support adoption through user guides, product descriptions, and clear customerâfocused content.
- Influence and align senior stakeholders across product, commercial, and marketing teams.
- Drive unified messaging and cohesive execution across a matrixed organisation.
Skills & Experience
7+ years in product marketing
, ideally within B2B travel technology,especially travel distribution (OTAs, wholesalers, tour operators, travel agencies, loyalty platforms, etc.).- Exceptional communicator with strong storytelling skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts for technical, executive, and customer audiences.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align crossâfunctional teams.
- Dataâdriven, using metrics to shape narratives and guide decisions.
- Proactive, accountable, and outcomeâfocused â demonstrating an ownerâs mindset.
- Degree in Business, Marketing or related field; Masterâs preferred.
- Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
