This is not a traditional Product Marketing role. This is your chance to:
- Build and own Product Marketing from the ground up in a high growth company
- Define how a category is understood, positioned, and bought
- Shape the narrative that influences analysts, buyers, and AI driven discovery
- Drive real revenue impact across pipeline, win rates, and deal velocity
- Operate at the core of Marketing, Sales, and go to market strategy with full ownership

What you will own:
- Build and own Product Marketing at Halon including positioning frameworks, messaging, and go to market execution
- Define and evolve Halonâs core narrative and turn market complexity into clear and differentiated messaging
- Act as the companyâs trend spotter by translating market, customer, competitor, and AI driven signals into strategic direction
- Own product positioning, value propositions, and differentiation across segments, use cases and verticals
- Lead go to market for product launches and updates in close collaboration with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and MarComms
- Build and drive sales enablement and competitive intelligence so Sales clearly understands what we sell, who we sell to, and why we win
- Define how Halon competes by positioning against real buying alternatives and decision drivers
- Create high impact Product Marketing assets yourself including narratives, messaging documents, pages, decks, and briefs
- Write content for emails, website, blogs, guides, whitepapers, ads, etc
- Ensure clarity and consistency across all touchpoints including sales conversations and organic and LLM driven discovery
- Feed market and customer insights back into go to market strategy and product roadmap discussions
What makes you successful at Halon:
- 5â8+ years of Product Marketing experience in email infrastructure, email security, cybersecurity, deliverability, MTAs, or closely related domains
- Proven track record of building or scaling Product Marketing functions
- Strong ability to translate complex technical products into clear business value and compelling narratives
- Experience driving measurable revenue impact (pipeline, win rate, deal velocity)
- Full ownership mindset across positioning, messaging, GTM, and sales enablement
- Structured, hands-on, execution-focused approach: you donât just define strategy, you deliver it
- Excellent written and verbal English; comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
