The Challenge
BX Studio is a fast-growing B2B growth agency (80+ team, Webflow Enterprise Partner of the Year) working with enterprise brands like Reddit and Headspace. You'll own the entire GTM machinery—prospecting workflows, enrichment, segmentation, and campaign infrastructure that directly generates pipeline for the agency's own services.
Your Mission
Build and deploy 3-5 high-performing outbound workflows in Clay targeting ideal customer profiles for website redesign, AEO/SEO, and ongoing support services
Design and implement list-building, enrichment, and segmentation systems integrated with HubSpot/Salesforce that improve targeting accuracy by 25%+
Document all workflows and systems with reusable templates so the team can scale campaigns independently
Establish baseline reporting on workflow reliability, data quality, and campaign performance metrics
Own end-to-end GTM experimentation framework testing signal design, targeting logic, and messaging variations to optimize meeting conversion rate by 15%+
Integrate Clay with 6+ tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, enrichment providers, sequencing platforms, Make/Zapier) into a seamless pipeline infrastructure
Generate measurable pipeline contribution: track influenced opportunities and revenue from your campaigns
Build advanced segmentation and routing logic that routes prospects to the right BX Studio service lines and sales sequences

Workflow Conversion Rate
Percentage of enriched prospects who receive outbound that respond or book meetings.
Data Quality Score
Accuracy of prospect data, enrichment fields, and targeting attributes in the system.
Pipeline Influenced
Dollar value of opportunities and closed deals influenced by GTM workflows you build.
Operational Uptime
Percentage of time workflows run without critical failures or manual intervention.
Cost Per Qualified Lead
Total tool and execution costs divided by qualified leads generated from campaigns.
