I’m looking for a high-level performance marketer who specializes in Facebook/Instagram ads and understands creative testing, not just ad setup.
This is NOT a basic ads management role. I need someone who can think strategically and help build a system to test, identify, and scale winning creatives.
Scope:
Build and manage Meta ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram)
Develop structured creative testing (multiple angles, hooks, variations)
Identify winning creatives and scale them
Optimize for leads and conversions (not vanity metrics)
Work with funnels (GoHighLevel or similar)
Initial Plan:
Start with 6–8 creatives focused on one core offer
Test quickly, kill losers, and iterate weekly
Expand into more variations and scaling once winners are identified
What I’m looking for:
Proven experience running and scaling Meta ad campaigns
Strong understanding of direct response marketing
Ability to think in terms of cost per lead, conversions, and ROI
Experience with creative testing frameworks (not just boosting posts)
Please include:
Examples of campaigns you’ve run
Results (CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
Your approach to testing creatives and scaling winners
