Ten32 Media is an e-commerce marketing company that helps brands scale their online sales through strategic digital marketing. We work with ambitious brands to grow their presence on their own websites and on Amazon - from Mom and Pop Brands to 8 Finger Powerhouses. We are a small, but mighty team of 9 people, that love to help brands achieve their goals - any product, any category!


THE ROLE

We're looking for an Amazon Advertising wizard who lives and breathes PPC campaigns, knows the Amazon ecosystem inside and out, and has a proven track record of taking brands from five figures to six figures per month in revenue.


This isn't a role for someone who just "runs Amazon ads." We need someone who understands the full funnel - from keyword research and campaign structure to ROAS optimization and competitive positioning. You should be the person who sees an underperforming campaign and immediately knows what levers to pull to fix it. This role is about real growth strategy - "how do we grow from $100K to $200K to $500K on Amazon?".


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) for multiple client brands
  • Develop comprehensive advertising strategies that align with each brand's growth goals
  • Conduct deep-dive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
  • Structure campaigns for maximum efficiency and scalability
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with a focus on ROAS, ACOS, and revenue growth
  • A/B test ad creative, targeting strategies, and bidding approaches
  • Stay ahead of Amazon's constantly evolving advertising platform and algorithm changes
  • Collaborate with our team on broader e-commerce strategies including product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for clients


WHO YOU ARE

  • You have 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns
  • You've scaled brands from $50K/month to $500K/month or beyond - and you can talk specifics about how you did it
  • You understand the relationship between organic ranking, PPC performance, and overall Amazon success
  • You're data-driven but also creative - you know when to trust the numbers and when to test something unconventional
  • You stay current on Amazon's latest features, beta programs, and advertising updates
  • You're comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously without dropping the ball
  • You communicate clearly and can explain complex advertising strategies to clients who may not be Amazon experts
  • You're proactive, detail-oriented, and genuinely excited about e-commerce growth


REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years managing Amazon PPC campaigns with proven results
  • Track record of scaling brands to $500K+ monthly revenue on Amazon
  • Deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Amazon Advertising Console
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Amazon reporting tools
  • Experience with campaign optimization, bid management, and budget allocation
  • Familiarity with Amazon SEO and how it integrates with paid advertising strategy
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present data-driven recommendations
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment


NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with Amazon DSP
  • Knowledge of Amazon Brand Analytics and competitive intelligence tools
  • Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms and paid advertising channels
  • Experience working with consumer packaged goods (CPG) or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands
  • Certification in Amazon Advertising (or equivalent)
