The Challenge
Vidsy is the creative platform powering video ads for Fortune 500 brands like L'Oréal, Amazon, and PepsiCo. You'll be the commercial architect driving expansion across 2-7 enterprise accounts, turning early-stage partnerships into multi-million dollar relationships.
Your Mission
Map account landscapes: Conduct deep discovery with 2-3 Fortune 500 stakeholders per account (CMO, VPs) to identify creative bottlenecks and expansion opportunities
Win first expansion deal: Close $200k+ upsell within your portfolio demonstrating command of digital advertising ecosystem and Vidsy's ROI story
Build playbook: Document your discovery-to-close methodology and share with broader Commercial team to scale internal best practices
Establish baseline metrics: Set renewal timelines, identify product gaps, and establish quarterly business reviews with all portfolio accounts
Grow ACV: Expand 3+ accounts by 40%+ through cross-regional and cross-departmental upsells (identify new budget owners, new use cases)
Execute 2+ renewals: Lock in contract extensions and net new commitments from your portfolio ahead of renewal dates
Product feedback loop: Synthesize 15+ customer discovery sessions into prioritized feature requests for Product team
Pipeline generation: Build a qualified pipeline of $1M+ in potential new business from account expansion opportunities

- You prefer maintenance account management over hunting expansion and closing new deals
- You lack fluency in digital advertising ecosystems or can't confidently speak to media ROI and creative performance
- You need heavy process overhead or dislike navigating complex global procurement and multi-stakeholder negotiations
- You expect a fully remote role; this is on-site in NYC with hybrid flexibility only after proving yourself
