The Challenge
Zipie's a digital marketing agency hunting for someone who can lead campaigns AND lead people. You'll own the full funnel—from strategy to execution to client reporting—while managing a team that's hungry to deliver measurable results.
Your Mission
Audit 3-5 existing client digital strategies and deliver actionable optimization roadmaps
Set up and launch 2-3 new client campaigns across paid media (PPC/social/programmatic) with clear performance baselines
Establish monthly reporting cadence and templates that clearly communicate ROI to clients
Meet with each direct report 1:1 to understand skills, gaps, and growth priorities
Deliver 15%+ average improvement in campaign ROAS across managed client portfolio
Build and optimize 8+ active HubSpot campaigns with documented A/B test results and learnings
Lead team to ship 2 process improvements that reduce campaign setup time or improve reporting quality
Present quarterly digital marketing trends analysis to leadership and identify 1-2 new platforms/tactics to test
KPIs You'll Own
Campaign ROAS
Track return on ad spend across all paid channels (PPC, social, programmatic) to measure campaign efficiency.
Client Satisfaction Score
Monitor client feedback and satisfaction through surveys or NPS to gauge service quality and relationships.
Team Productivity & Utilization
Measure billable hours, project completion rates, and campaign delivery speed across your managed team.
Campaign Conversion Rate & Cost Per Lead
Track cost efficiency and conversion performance for inbound marketing campaigns in HubSpot.
